In the top ten most influential lawyers
Sergey Golubok was listed among ten most influential lawyers by Russian Reporter magazine.
As the newspaper states: “The ex-advisor to the European Court of Human Rights Registry has in recent years attracted attention for his active struggle for Russian lawyers to be allowed to defend the rights of their compatriots in Belarus and Kazakhstan. In addition, he regularly heads training sessions for lawyers, trying to raise awareness of how to utilise the European Convention on Human Rights, “not with the intention of applying its articles in the Strasbourg court, but to be able to win a case in the national courts.”
